Let’s introduce you to the passionate individuals behind Peachy Zen. Leading our team is Chief Zen-Writer Jen. After two decades of creative and design work, Jen turned to yoga and meditation to try to push through her burnout and exhaustion.

This was a much longer journey than anticipated and she went deep into experimenting with different tools and practices for personal growth and self-discovery. From this exploration, the vision for Peachy Zen emerged.

Inspired by the profound benefits she experienced through regular yoga and meditation, Jen embarked on a journey to explore different techniques and expand her knowledge in these areas.

How it started

Journaling, Yoga challenges, and moreā€¦

After running an online stationery business for 10 years, Jen has had her share of designing and obsessing over the perfect notebook.

Needing to step away from the hustle and screen, Jen discovered the transformative power of engaging in 30-day yoga challenges with online teachers. These challenges ignited a profound love for yoga within her and opened her eyes to the remarkable impact it can have on overall well-being and physical health. Fueled by this newfound passion, she dedicated herself to researching and uncovering new and unique techniques to share with others.

With Peachy Zen, Jen aspires to guide you on the path to serenity. We understand the hustle and bustle of modern life can often leave us feeling overwhelmed and disconnected from ourselves.

We aim to assist you in finding those precious slices of zen, creating a space for rejuvenation and self-discovery amidst the chaos. Whether it’s through our carefully curated content, informative resources, or handpicked products, Peachy Zen is here to help you infuse your day with tranquility and the purest forms of joy.

During this time, she completed a few 30-day yoga challenges with online teachers and really began to fall in love with regular yoga and how it can improve your overall well-being and body. She started researching, finding new and different techniques, and through Peachy Zen she hopes to share some of the zen around.
